12 Parfumeurs

12 Parfumeurs Français was created on December 12, 2012, when twelve master perfumers joined to form an independent union in Grasse after separating from major fashion houses. Its original concept comprised twelve fragrances whose authors were initially anonymous, with the number twelve reflected in both the name and founding date. The brand’s creative language draws on French historical heritage, including castles, royal palaces, and formal gardens. Its collection history includes Marbre Royal in 2017, Famille Royale in 2018, Treasures de France in 2020, Grand Voyage in 2021, Royal Gardens of France in 2022, and the limited Parfum Oriental in 2023. Named contributors include Alain Allione and Delphine Thierry, while other participating perfumers remained anonymous. In 2025, the brand launched Maison du Musc, a division centered on musk-based compositions, broadening its public olfactory identity beyond its earlier French heritage themes.
