1907

1907 is a Slovak boutique perfume house founded and owned by Eva Škovranová. Its development began in 2009, and its first collection was released worldwide in 2014. The name refers to the birth year of Škovranová’s grandmother, whose scented lotions, soap-making, and lily water became a founding memory for the brand. The business grew from soap-making into body lotions, shampoos, and creams before developing its own perfumes. 1907 presents its work as a continuation and homage to this family heritage, with the fleur-de-lis as a central symbol and fragrances produced in limited quantities. Škovranová’s creative process begins with a concept inspired by a memory, place, or person, then is completed with perfumers from Grasse. In 2018, 1907 introduced Beneath The Surface, a separately presented parfum collection featuring Mon âme and Genevieve, following an earlier 11-fragrance ingredient collection.
