Its fragrance activity dates to at least December 18, 2020, when the 7 Thrasher Place mark was first used in commerce for fragrances. A U.S. trademark application filed on August 4, 2021 identifies Nicholas Machado as the individual owner of the mark. The documented fragrance offering includes Thrashed Scent, which spent two and a half years in development.
