9 PM is a fragrance from Afnan Perfumes, the house founded in 2007 in the United Arab Emirates. Afnan’s beginnings involved direct retail and customer connection before its development into a global fragrance house. 9 PM forms part of the 9AM/9PM collection; reference records place its launch in 2020 and classify it within the oriental-vanilla fragrance family. In January 2026, Afnan introduced 9 PM Night Out as a new expression of the collection, naming Ed Westwick its brand ambassador for the launch.
