Agatho

Agatho Parfum is an Italian fragrance brand founded in 2018 by Alessandro Bianchi. Its founding concept was to rediscover the ointments associated with the ancient Pompeian perfumer Agatho and reinterpret that heritage through contemporary perfumery and high-quality natural materials. The brand’s public identity brings together Pompeii, mythology, Mediterranean culture, Italian art and craftsmanship, and contemporary fragrance storytelling. Its defining fragrance family, the Pompei Collection, pays tribute to the ancient Vesuvian city through scents inspired by Agatho’s attributed ointments and reinterpreted for the present. Rossopompeiano offers a direct example, translating Pompeii’s famous red frescoes and their associated cinnabar pigment into fragrance. Agatho Parfum is legally presented under Caminus Capodimonte S.r.l., based in Cassino, Italy, which is also identified as the current owner of the AGATHO PARFUM trademark.
