Aire Sevilla
Aire Sevilla is a fragrance line made by Instituto Español, the Spanish perfumery and personal-care company founded in 1903. Based in Hinojos, Huelva, in the Doñana area, the brand is associated with an Andalusian identity shaped by regional provenance, generational continuity, product innovation, and women’s participation in the business. In 2012, a new generation led by Vicente and Norberto Granados took over Instituto Español, after which the company clarified its perfume structure into three principal brands, with Aire de Sevilla primarily aimed at women. From 2017, Aire de Sevilla became an official sponsor of the Goya Awards for three years, linking the fragrance line with Spanish and Andalusian cultural identity. Its eponymous fragrance is described as warm and fresh, built around white flowers such as orange blossom, mandarin, and jasmine, with cedar, sandalwood, and vetiver accents.
