Al Areeq

Al Areeq is a fragrance name within Lattafa rather than a separately documented perfume house. Lattafa was founded in the United Arab Emirates in the 1980s by Sheikh Shahid Ahmad and Shoaib Iqbal, initially focusing on fragrances inspired by Arabian heritage. It is a third-generation, family-run business, operated by the Ahmad family of co-founder Sheikh Shahid Ahmad. Lattafa’s Al Areeq Gold and Al Areeq Silver are placed in its Lattafa Pride collection, and both were launched in 2022. Gold has a leathery-oriental profile shaped by saffron, black tea, suede or leather, incense, vanilla, musk, and amberwood. Silver is a unisex fragrance built around apple, lavender, cardamom, tobacco, cypress, oud, jasmine, leather, sandalwood, vanilla, and musk.
