Al Hunaidi

Al Hunaidi traces its documented origins to Dubai in 1954, when Shaikh Mohammad Saeed founded Al Souk, described as Deira’s first perfume shop, under the Al Hunaidi name. The family business evolved from perfume dealing into manufacturing Arabic, Oriental and French fragrances, with Shaikh Mohd. Saeed Est. identifying Al Hunaidi among the brands it owns. In 1963, Saeed established Dhamma Trading Company LLC with his father, expanding the family’s perfume business beyond the original shop. After his father’s death in 2009, his son, Muhammed Ali Saeed Shaikh, took over the family business. Al Hunaidi’s documented identity is rooted in UAE perfumery and spans Arabic, Oriental and Western fragrance traditions.
