Almas began in 1950 and is based in Mumbai, India. Its work also includes customized fragrances created for occasions and business events. A 2022 trademark record identifies Abdul Rehman Attarwala as the owner, while a Beautyworld Dubai exhibitor listing identifies the business as A.R. Attarwala (Almas Perfume).
