Alrawnaq Perfumes
Alrawnaq Perfumes traces its experience to Oman’s Dhofar Governorate, where its founders scaled it in 1953 from established knowledge of Omani perfumes and frankincense. Rooted in Dhofar’s heritage, the house connects fragrance and incense with Omani and Gulf traditions and a broader Eastern cultural identity, with an ambition to communicate that heritage internationally. Its development has involved translating traditional perfume and frankincense practices into a modern operation using advanced perfume-manufacturing techniques while retaining continuity with the past. Frankincense is a distinctive part of its fragrance identity: the house specializes in the material, including locally sourced frankincense.
