Alta Moda

Alta Moda is a fragrance brand from the United Arab Emirates whose parent company is SAPG, or Swiss Arabian Perfumes Group. The parent group’s documented origin lies with Swiss Arabian, established in Dubai in 1974 by Hussein Adam Ali as the first perfume house in the UAE. Swiss Arabian began through a collaboration with Swiss fragrance company Givaudan Roure, bringing Arabian perfumery knowledge together with Western technical expertise. The group’s stated creative identity combines Western and Oriental craftsmanship through a duality of Arabian creativity and Swiss technique and innovation. The name Alta Moda comes from the Italian phrase for “high fashion.” Public fragrance records place the brand’s releases between 2013 and 2019 and list 28 fragrances.
