Alysonoldoini
Alysonoldoini is an Italian artistic-perfumery brand founded by Alyson Oldoini and launched in 2013 in Como, Italy. Its identity brings together Oldoini’s Italian design authorship and family heritage with French high-perfumery expertise. Identified as the founder, industrial designer, and creative director, Oldoini also designed the line’s platinum-galvanic bottle. After meeting French perfumer Benoist Lapouza in Paris in 2011, she developed the brand’s first six-fragrance line through work between Como and Paris. The original concept translated personal stories and emotions into olfactory narratives, and the collection subsequently expanded beyond those first six fragrances. In 2015, Crystal Oud was introduced at Esxence in a discussion of Western interest in oud, presenting a connection between Western and Middle Eastern perfumery. Diafana Skin, launched in 2016, represented a creative development in which its notes were presented as releasing simultaneously rather than following a conventional top-heart-base progression. During the COVID-19 quarantine period, the brand released Bucato Royale, Marsiglia Musk, Caro Barbiere, and Georges B, fragrances associated with cleanliness, washing, and shaving themes.
