Anouk (Puig)

Anouk is listed among Puig’s owned local-fragrance brands; Puig was founded in 1914 by Antonio Puig Castelló as Antonio Puig S.A., with a history spanning fragrance, fashion, and beauty. Anouk’s first fragrance appeared in 1989, created by Jean Guichard and Rosendo Mateu. The brand’s stated creative identity is romanticism, while the original scent was described as floral-fruity and associated with Parisian glamour. That fragrance is the defining documented example of the Anouk world. The line later evolved through Rose d’Anouk in 2001, presented as a more romantic floral version, and Agua de Jazmín in 2005, described as a fresh floral continuation of its predecessors.
