ArteOlfatto traces its roots to a small Naples laboratory of essences in the 1950s, where Mr. Nappo created fragrances. Luigi Nappo later developed the vision behind the label, drawing on adventure stories and exotic settings to translate an emotional world into scent. The Italian niche-perfume house centers its work on story-led fragrances, selected raw materials and Italian craftsmanship, with perfumes produced in Italy. In 2024, ArteOlfatto launched its Capsule Collection: four fragrances framed around historical periods and the present day.
