Artistry

Artistry traces its precursor to 1958, when Edith Rehnborg launched Edith Rehnborg Cosmetics within the Nutrilite company. Amway created the first generation of Artistry color cosmetics in 1968, and in 1972 Edith Rehnborg Cosmetics and Artistry united under the Artistry name as Nutrilite merged with Amway. The brand’s identity connects beauty, science, nutrition, and individual expression through its guiding concept of Healthy Beauty, with products spanning skincare, makeup, fragrance, and body care. Artistry identifies Edith Rehnborg as its founder, linking the brand to her view that each woman is an individual work of art. Amway currently presents Artistry as one of its beauty brands and continues to produce and steward its skincare, makeup, and fragrance lines. Artistry marked its 50th anniversary in 2018 with the Artistry Studio New York edition and introduced Artistry Skin Nutrition in 2021. Its fragrance history includes Flora Chic, documented as Artistry’s first prestige fragrance, a floral composition developed exclusively by Givaudan’s fine-fragrance operation in Paris and New York.
