Au Pays de la Fleur d'Oranger

Au Pays de la Fleur d’Oranger is a French family-run company founded in 1998 by Virginie and Antoine Roux. Virginie Roux was born in La Colle-sur-Loup in Provence, and the family’s history is linked to the region’s flower-growing heritage: earlier generations cultivated or handled orange blossom and other perfume flowers before bringing them to Grasse perfumers. The company launched its perfume and cosmetics line in 2005 or 2006, developing from home fragrances and cosmetics into niche perfumery. Its olfactory identity centers on orange blossom and extends to Provençal flowers such as May rose, jasmine, lavender, lemon blossom, violet, and immortelle. Virginie Roux directed the collection artistically with perfumer Jean-Claude Gigodot, who developed the perfume formulas. Néroli Blanc, the brand’s first perfume collection, is built around orange blossom and neroli; Néroli Blanc Intense is identified as its best-seller. Subsequent perfume collections include Les Inédits and Capsule.
