B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful
B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful was launched in 2003 as a sister company to Lush, opening its first store on London’s Carnaby Street. Its concept brought together fine fragrance and colorful makeup in an opulent, playful dressing-table world. Co-founder Rowena Bird connected that visual language to childhood play at her aunt Penny’s dressing table, with packaging inspired by India and Morocco; Lush credits Bird with launching the makeup brand. The stores closed in 2009, after which the perfumes continued within Lush under the B Sides name. The range included fragrances created by Simon Constantine, among them Breath of God and Superworldunknown, while Mark Constantine served as head perfumer. Keep It Fluffy was described as a B Never bestseller, and B Scent as its house scent. Lush later presented former B fragrances including Breath of God, 1000 Kisses Deep, B Scent and Cocktail in the B Sides collection.
