BALI CURLS

BALI CURLS was founded by Hank Ge, whose legal name is Hendrik Genotte, to develop hair-care products for curly hair. Its concept connects curly hair with Bali’s natural, carefree spirit, drawing on Ge’s experience of the island. The company associated with the brand, Bali Treatment GmbH, was entered in Austria’s company register on 19 July 2022, with Vienna as its registered seat and care products as its business sector. In 2025, ROI Ventures invested in Bali Treatment/Bali Curls, while Ge remained the lead founder and ROI acted as an investor and sparring partner. By 3 June 2026, listed shareholders included Hendrik Genotte, Patrick Funke, Robert Karacic, and ROI Capital Privatstiftung. BALI CURLS is also presented within the Bali Care brand house alongside Bali Gents and Bali Bronze.
