Balma Venitia

Balma Venitia is a French fragrance house based in Beaumes-de-Venise, Provence. Founded by designer and fragrance creator Thierry Lemahieu, the house combines design, fine art, memory and Provençal landscape, with creative origins linked to his family estate near Avignon and the Dentelles de Montmirail. Its sculptural bottle for Essence de ma Mémoire is presented within this connection and is documented as exhibited at the International Perfume Museum in Grasse. The fragrances were developed with Marie Duchêne, a perfumer from Grasse. The first eaux de parfum appeared in 2023: White Wood, Chanvre Sauvage and L’Eau de L’Âme. Across the collection, the olfactory language draws on Provençal imagery and recurring references to Italian lemon, Java vetiver, cypriol/nargamota, woods and aromatic plants. Balma Venitia was listed as an exhibiting brand at Esxence in 2024 and 2025.
