Björk & Berries

Björk & Berries is a Swedish fragrance house that began as a small project in northern Sweden, creating perfumes inspired by local flora, pine, birch, and surrounding landscapes. Its products have been made in Sweden since 2006, and the company was founded as an initiative to revive the Swedish beauty region around Gävle. In 2013, it relaunched with new design and a new collection rooted in Swedish nature and culture, using ingredients sourced from Gästrikland. Isabelle Lewenhaupt and her family took over the company in 2019; in 2020, the team redid the packaging and branding and introduced a new concept focused on the brand’s core. Today, the house connects nature, mythology, and modern aesthetics across fragrance, body, and home, with Scandinavian design heritage guiding its identity. Birch is its signature ingredient and a symbol of Swedish nature. Its fragrance work combines botanical materials with safe synthetics and organic fermented alcohol, translating Swedish landscapes and stories into scent with master perfumers. White Forest, described as a snow-covered cold forest warmed by sunlight, is its best-selling fragrance.
