Botanicae is a Spanish artistic-perfumery house founded by Salvador Montesinos. Its founders began working in fragrance in 2012, gaining experience through the Middle East market and coordinating formulation and supply for established regional brands across the Middle East, East Africa and South Asia. At the end of 2018, they returned to Murcia and transformed that accumulated travel and fragrance experience into Botanicae. The house builds its creative work around destinations and memories, combining Mediterranean roots with influences from Middle Eastern perfume culture and an artisanal approach. Its aim is to make author perfumery accessible and to communicate fragrance in clear, understandable terms rather than through an ultra-luxury framework. Botanicae’s collection follows place-based narratives, linking Shomal with northern Iran and Matin à Mogador with Essaouira in Morocco. The brand is operated by Creaciones de Perfumería Atelier S.L.U. in Murcia, Spain.
