Fragrance house

Boyd's of Texas

Boyd’s of Texas was founded by husband-and-wife team Katherine and Dennon Couron. It began as a skincare brand called Boyd’s Farm before developing into a fragrance house, and by August 2018 it was an independent San Antonio fragrance house making natural, small-batch scents. Its perfumes use fragrance as storytelling, drawing on New Mexico, West and South Texas, and Mexico to reflect a sense of place or evoke memories. The house creates warm, intimate, textured, story-led unisex perfumes; its formulas are its own designs, developed drop by drop, cured for weeks or months, and crafted by hand in-house. Green Vetiver, identified in 2018 as one of its signature scent collections, reimagines Dennon Couron’s grandfather’s cologne as a genderless fragrance.
