Briix Fragrances

Briix Fragrances is an independent, small-batch perfume house founded by Sarah Park and officially launched on January 15, 2024. Park, the brand’s owner and perfumer, studied chemistry and biology, worked in the medical field, and developed the house from a longstanding interest in perfumery. The name BRIIX comes from Degrees Brix (°Bx), a scientific measure associated with dissolved solids and sugar content in liquids. Its fragrances are hand-blended from aroma chemicals and natural materials, including absolutes, CO₂ extracts, tinctures, and essential oils. The house is especially associated with gourmand compositions, alongside cozy musks, woods, fruity notes, and fantasy-themed work. In March 2025, Marshmallow Bliss 2.0 became a permanent fragrance under the name Marshmallow Kiss after positive tester feedback. Briix’s publicly presented development includes a 2025 New Beginning Collection and a 2026 Renaissance Collection; Renaissance in Red introduced the latter direction in March 2026 with a rose-centered composition inspired by Renaissance-era red-and-gold imagery.
