C2U is a fragrance and personal-care brand presented by Guangdong Mei Bao Cosmetics Co., Ltd., a company founded in 1995 that specializes in developing, producing, selling, and servicing perfume products. The C2U mark was first used in commerce on May 15, 2012. Its “C2U CLOSE TO YOU” trademark was filed in the United States in 2015 and registered in 2016 for cosmetics, perfume, and other personal-care goods, with Guangdong Meibao Cosmetics Co., Ltd. identified as the original registrant and owner. A documented regulatory milestone came in early 2018, when C2U Jealousy Silver perfume was withdrawn from the Czech market after specified fragrance substances were not declared on its ingredient label.
