Capri

Capri is a Sri Lankan fragrance brand within Hemas’s consumer and personal-care business, with more than three decades of market presence. Its women’s fragrance range includes Capri Original, Capri Dazzle, and Capri Grace. The brand was documented among Hemas-manufactured female-fragrance brands by 26 July 1998. Capri’s corporate home, Hemas, was established in Sri Lanka on 10 December 1948 by Sheikh Hassanally Esufally as Hemas Drugs, a wholesale and retail chemist and druggist. Hemas expanded into toiletries in 1962, restructured and adopted the name Hemas Holdings in 1993, and became a Colombo Stock Exchange-listed public company in 2003.
