Carla Fracci
Carla Fracci is an Italian fragrance line associated with Milan-born ballet artist Carla Fracci (1936–2021), whose career was closely identified with La Scala and classic roles including Giselle. The line entered perfumery in 2003 with the eponymous Carla Fracci fragrance, translating elements of Fracci’s dance repertoire into fragrance names and concepts. Subsequent documented releases included Giselle in 2004, Medea in 2006, Salomé in 2007, Odette in 2008, Hamlet in 2009, and Aurora in 2012. The line was produced under arrangements with Luciano Soprani; a 2011 editorial referred to it as Carla Fracci Parfums by Luciano Soprani. International trademark records from 2004 to 2008 identify Carla Fracci Parfums S.r.l. as the owner or applicant for marks including Carla Fracci Giselle, Carla Fracci Salomé, and Carla Fracci Amleto.
