Cartoon

Cartoon is a children’s perfumery, hygiene, and makeup label grouping products associated with well-known child-oriented characters. The label is linked to Air-Val International SA, listed as the legally responsible company for a Cartoon-branded Eau My Unicorn product. The associated Air-Val Group was founded in 1979 and developed an end-to-end perfumery business serving licensed and third-party brands. Air-Val moved into children’s fragrances through a Disney character-colony license in 1984, followed by exports beginning in 1985. In 2013, it expanded into adult fragrances, broadening its business beyond its established children’s-fragrance focus. The company retains a family character, with founder Francisco García’s children, David and Eva, involved in directing it. Cartoon is characterized as a multi-character children’s fragrance and personal-care collection rather than a brand centered on one documented signature fragrance.
