Casati
Casati emerged from Elena Paolini’s personal vision as a project combining contemporary art patronage, design, and fragrance. Rooted at Tenuta Casati in Saludecio, in Italy’s Malatesta hills, the brand connects its setting of centuries-old olive trees with the work of Casati Laboratory. Its identity is shaped by a dialogue between art and nature, Italian craftsmanship, commissioned contemporary art, and the idea that each creation belongs to a wider cultural project. The Casati Prize has developed into an annual contemporary-art initiative, with editions recorded from 2022 through 2025 and each producing an artist-designed ampoule or related work. Elena Paolini serves as the brand’s founder and curator, bringing perfumers and creative figures together around a shared imaginative and cultural project. In 2026, Casati introduced Collection Exhibition, a fragrance project developed with artistic director Christopher Chong. Its first fragrance, Primo Piano, was created by Karine Vinchon-Spehner and presented in Venice, with Marchesa Luisa Casati as its central muse. The current corporate entity is Tenuta Casati Srl, a single-member company.
