Cerchi Nell’Acqua

Cerchi Nell’Acqua began in 2011 as a fragrance family inspired by ripples moving across water. Created and perfumed by Italian perfumer Enrico Buccella, it was developed in relation to his Sigilli project while extending its conceptual field beyond historical and cultural references to include memory, friendship, and fantasy. Its olfactory structure follows the same circular idea: rather than unfolding through a conventional top, heart, and base, central, intermediate, and outer notes appear simultaneously, expanding and recurring like circles in water. L’Exotique and Ipazia joined the collection in 2012, and the reported 2014 launch of Peau d’Ange and Visir brought the family to 17 fragrances. The brand’s public presentation also includes exclusive editions sold through Rome perfumery Amyris. Among them, Angel’s Bread, listed as a 2024 release, presents a gourmand profile built around soft vanilla, powdered sugar, and sweet yeast.
