Christopher DiCas

Born in Piraeus, Greece, and based in Italy, Christopher DiCas brings a background in acting, music, and psychology to a fragrance practice shaped by performance and memory. Before developing scents, he worked in theatre, cinema, and television; his creative approach links olfactory narratives with the Septimus Piesse musical system. The first fragrance, Christopher Dicas Eau de Parfum, was released in December 2011 in collaboration with the German N.W.A. Group. DiCas later presented Christopher DiCas L’Extrait as an olfactory autobiography expressing Greek culture and nature, while the recurring 69 line—launched in 2012 and followed by 69 Le Parfum in 2018—draws on themes of love, desire, mystery, and warmth, with 69 L’Extrait described as inspired by magical potions in the Arabian Nights tradition. In 2024, Christopher Dicas Haute Parfumerie curated the olfactory dimension of the immersive installation “Il giardino dentro. Poetica della libertà” in Savona.
