Codice Olfattivo

Codice Olfattivo is an Italian artistic-perfumery project focused on individual olfactory identity, niche brands, emerging projects, and new approaches to fragrance. Its corporate entity, Codice Olfattivo S.r.l., is listed as an active company in Buguggiate, Varese, incorporated on 8 May 2025. Its creative language combines sculpture, design, and perfume, using objects to connect visual, tactile, and olfactory perception. Monia Biscioni, who studied at Milan’s Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera under Nino Cassani, is the principal creative figure associated with the project; her work moved from figurative art toward abstraction and continued into design and fragrance. In My City, Biscioni’s city-inspired visual and emotional concepts were translated into fragrance, with Maxim S.r.l. turning them into perfumes. Declination is a six-fragrance extrait collection translating monochrome abstract painting and color into olfactory expression; Declination in Blue is documented as a 2025 fragrance by Biscioni within the collection.
