Coelia Parfums

Coelia Parfums is a perfume brand founded around travel, human encounters, and cultural diversity. Its creative direction treats fragrance as an artistic expression of identity and personal stories, connecting olfactory creations with lived places, cultural memory, and narrative. Billel Fathallah is the creative figure behind this personal and cultural perspective; born in Paris to a Tunisian father and Moroccan mother, he developed an early interest in fragrance and is known online as Voyageur Olfactif. The legal entity PARFUMS COELIA was registered in France on 26 April 2023 and entered the French business register on 9 May 2023. Dinajpur, created in 2023, was Coelia’s first documented fragrance edition and was selected for The Fragrance Foundation France’s 2024 award category for young independent brands. Cap Spartel followed in 2025, inspired by Tangier and credited to perfumer Céline Perdriel, before appearing among the 2026 candidates for the foundation’s Prix du Meilleur Parfum de Niche. Dinajpur is the clearest defining fragrance example documented for Coelia, while Cap Spartel continues its place-based cultural storytelling.
