Cofinluxe (Cofci)
Cofinluxe, also identified as Cofci or COFCI, was founded in 1976 by Jean-Pierre Grivory. The company developed fragrances under its own lines while also creating licensed fragrances for other names, including Salvador Dalí. Cofinluxe held the license for Salvador Dalí perfumes, and in 2011 updated the bottles and introduced the Fabulous Dalí Art Collection. The same report records substantial success for Little Kiss Me, followed by the launch of Lovely Kiss. On 15 December 2023, the Paris Commercial Court approved a transfer plan for COFCI in favor of SAS Création Beauté International and converted the company’s judicial reorganisation into liquidation proceedings. Création Beauté International lists the acquisition of the Café Parfums, Taxi, Thé and Watt fragrance brands and the integration of the Dalí and Charriol licensed fragrances. As of 20 January 2026, the deadline for closing COFCI’s liquidation proceedings had been extended to 20 January 2028, with COFINLUXE identified as its commercial name.
