Coppeneur

Coppeneur began in summer 1993, when Oliver Coppeneur and a friend founded Confiserie Coppeneur et Compagnon. Based in Bad Honnef, Germany, the company started with truffles and pralines before beginning bean-to-bar chocolate production in 2005. Its identity centers on cocoa and chocolate craftsmanship, authenticity, and creating a manufactory devoted to joie de vivre. In June 2025, Oliver Coppeneur created Vegilate, a cocoa-butter-and-vegetable confection made without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Coppeneur’s fragrance offering includes Eau de Cacao, dated 2005: a gourmand-sweet composition built around chocolate and cacao, with rum, praline, vanilla, and related warm accords. Documented as a limited release, Eau de Cacao was produced in 1,000 pieces.
