Creations Lamis Prive
Creations Lamis Privé is a fragrance house within Scion International, with fragrance work established since 1974. It sits within a third-generation family fragrance and beauty business operating since that year. Its olfactory identity combines French-inspired fragrances with French and Oriental styles. In European markets, Creation Lamis fragrances were marketed from 1996; Bellure produced the range, and Starion later acquired the fragrances for UK distribution, with Malaika wholesaling products supplied by Starion. The brand was among the ranges considered in the Court of Justice of the European Union’s 18 June 2009 L’Oréal v Bellure judgment, which held that a trademark proprietor may prevent comparison lists presenting a third-party perfume as an imitation of its product.
