Fragrance house
Cremo
Cremo launched in 2005 in Laguna Beach, California, when Mike Boone and Kyle Schroeder created a single shaving-cream product. The brand evolved beyond shaving cream to cover beard, hair, body, and face products, pairing traditional grooming references with performance-focused formulas and sophisticated, layered fragrances. Edgewell Personal Care announced an agreement to acquire Cremo on August 4, 2020, and completed the acquisition on September 3 after Federal Trade Commission approval, making Cremo an Edgewell portfolio brand. Cremo’s fragrance identity includes its Good Uncommon Scents collection, whose fragrances are designed to develop through top, middle, and base stages across the brand’s grooming products. Lisa Wilson of Scent & Strategy helped develop Cremo’s body-wash fragrances, contributing fragrance-design experience to that scent program.
