Fragrance house
Dee April
Dee April was founded in 2016 by Danish fashion designer Dorte Agergaard as a label specializing in silk accessories, including scarves and ties. Agergaard, also credited as Dorte Dee April Agergaard, shaped the brand’s public visual identity through its logo and identity design. By January 2024, Dee April had extended its work from fashion into fragrance with the introduction of Dee April Parfum. The debut followed a no-label, no-explanation philosophy, with a bottle made without labels or inscriptions so the fragrance could take center stage. Margaux Le Paih Guérin is identified as Dee’s perfumer, and the debut was reported as a collaboration between Dee April, Flair Paris, and Guérin. Dee April’s fragrance identity is gender-neutral and emphasizes personal interpretation rather than masculine or feminine labeling.
