Demolished Studio is an independent perfume house based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, founded by brothers Rudy Rojas and Maximiliano Rojas. Drawing on backgrounds in painting, music, photography, architecture, visual art, and nature, the founders treat perfumery as an artistic and sensory medium. The house questions established perfumery codes, working through contrasts between structure and instinct, and between sophistication and raw or unresolved elements. Its fragrance language is described as continually evolving rather than organized as a traditional cohesive collection, with smoke, animalic facets, resins, and raw woods recurring among its materials. The first collection, Arabian Oils, originated in a 2019 journey through North Africa, where the founders selected essential oils in Marrakech and Fez; it includes Enigma, Mundano, Libertino, Oud Sublime, and Brutal. In June 2023, Demolished collaborated with Revolver on a limited-edition project, and in October 2024 it became the first Argentine niche perfume house featured at Dover Street Parfums Market in Paris.
