Established in Milan in 2016, DEPOT The Male Tools & Co. was created as a professional barber-focused men’s grooming brand, bringing barbershop-level care into the home. Its concept spans hair, shaving, beard and body care alongside personal and ambient fragrances, while its creative identity reinterprets traditional barbering rituals through contemporary, functional products. DEPOT is owned by Beautynova through the Panzeri/z.one concept group; on 25 June 2024, PAI Partners acquired a majority stake in Beautynova, with Bluegem Capital Partners retaining a significant shareholding alongside co-investors. The brand’s fragrance offering includes Fresh Black Pepper, a fresh, woody and spicy men’s fragrance identified as iconic in 2022, and Sartorial Sage, launched in January 2023 within the 900 Scents range of personal and ambient fragrances.
