Elixir Signature Scents

Elixir Signature Scents is an India-based, family-owned perfumery operating within a third-generation family enterprise founded in 1937. Its parent company, Parimal Mandir, came from a longstanding practice of artisanal incense and bakhoor. The brand emerged from Swaraj Sunku’s aim of placing an Indian niche-perfumery house on the global map, an ambition shaped by a visit to Harrods Haute Parfumerie; its first range took about a year to create. After two years of customer insight and experimentation, its early development moved from personalized-fragrance experiences to a standardized international niche-fragrance range. Elixir Signature Scents launched its first line, Elixirs of the World, at Quintessence, Beautyworld Middle East, in 2022. The brand’s approach joins Indian fragrance heritage with contemporary perfumery, treating each scent and its presentation as parts of a single story. Elixirs of the World comprises six fragrances, each built around a distinct story from around the world. Xyst provides a rose-centered expression of that identity, conceived as a gender-inclusive rose fragrance and linked to the cultural importance of the rose in India. Its public collections currently include Elixirs of the World, Aquilaria Luminoir, Hues Collections, and an art-of-personalization offering.
