Ella Mikao

Ella Mikao is a Japanese fragrance brand founded in 1999. Its creative identity is built around a fictional fragrance designer, Ella Mikao, who is presented as coming from the year 2528; within that premise, the brand’s scents recreate natural aromas forgotten in the future. Public fragrance records place its earliest recorded release in 2000 and its newest in 2011, with 26 fragrances catalogued under the name. In 2008, Yujin was presented as an Ella Mikao fragrance line through contrasting scent concepts that included floral and nature-oriented themes.
