Elysée

Elysée is a women’s fragrance line from O Boticário, introduced in 2015 as a chypre-floral fragrance. Its jewelry-inspired presentation accompanied its positioning in O Boticário’s upper-premium segment, with a bottle developed over three years. The original fragrance was created by Jacques Huclier of Givaudan. Elysée Blanc arrived in stores in June 2019 as an expansion of the line, with a fruity-chypre profile featuring Indian sambac jasmine. The current collection comprises Elysée, Elysée Blanc, Elysée Nuit, and Elysée Succès, spanning chypre-floral, chypre-fruity, chypre-gourmand, and chypre-spicy-woody directions. Elysée Succès, created by Frank Voelkl, brings Turkish black rose, woods, and oud to the line. Elysée’s parent brand began in 1977, when pharmacist Miguel Krigsner opened a small compounding pharmacy in Curitiba, Brazil, and soon developed its first perfume.
