Elysian

Elysian Parfum was established in 2021 by Jessi Park as a tribute to her late sister, whose shared love of perfume sits at the heart of the brand’s origin. The name combines the names of her sister’s children, Elysia and Evan, and connects with Park’s association of Elysian with heaven. The concept began in October 2021, followed by the launch of the online store in 2022. Based in the Atlanta, Georgia area, Elysian is family-owned and perfumer-owned, with Park involved in formulation and her family participating in bottling, labeling, packaging, and fulfillment. Its fragrances draw on dreams, fairy tales, mythology, nature, personal memories, and fantastical settings, with each scent intended to tell a story. Park initially used perfume compounds purchased from other perfumers; when those suppliers became unavailable, she began creating the fragrances herself. Lavender Milk Tea won New You’s Best New Fragrance award for 2024, and a Tea Party Collection was in development around the scent in 2024.
