Esquisse Parfum

Esquisse Parfum is a Russian niche author-perfumery brand created by Marina Volkova in 2015. Its creative concept is built around perfume sketches: olfactory studies shaped by images, colors, nature, flowers, and other subjects. Working in the tradition of the classical French perfumery school, Volkova emphasizes cleanliness, transparency, depth, volume, balance, and harmony in composition. She is identified as the brand’s leading perfumer, while its earliest listed creations date to 2017 and its recorded releases span 2017 to 2021. The brand’s official site currently lists more than 30 author fragrances. Volkova won first place in the VAST AWARDS Olfactive independent-perfumers competition in 2020 and the PRIX D’AROMES competition in 2022.
