Euroitalia

Founded in 1978 by Giovanni Sgariboldi in Italy’s Monza-Brianza area, Euroitalia is a family-owned Italian company focused on designing, producing, and distributing fragrances and beauty products. Its work spans concept development and fragrance selection through packaging, production, distribution, and communication, typically in collaboration with fashion houses and designers. The early portfolio included Oleg Cassini, Reporter, and Enrico Coveri; licensing agreements followed with Moschino in 1988, Dolce&Gabbana in 1992, Versace in 2005, Missoni in 2014, and Dsquared2 in 2018. The Dolce&Gabbana partnership produced fragrances including Pour Femme, Pour Homme, D&G, and Light Blue before the collaboration ended. In 2020, Euroitalia acquired Atkinsons and I Coloniali from Morris Profumi. In 2021, Capri Holdings extended Euroitalia’s Versace fragrance license for 15 years and made the company Michael Kors’s exclusive worldwide fragrance licensee for the same period. Euroitalia’s fragrance legacy is especially associated with Versace Eros, launched in 2012, and the Crystal family; Dolce&Gabbana Light Blue is another prominent example, described as among the world’s best-selling fragrances.
