Evyan

Evyan is a U.S. perfume company established by Evelyn Westall in New York in 1945. That year, Hartnell released White Shoulders and was later renamed Evyan Perfumes. Walter Langer, a chemist, developed fragrances for the company while Westall managed its finances. White Shoulders is Evyan’s defining fragrance, a floral parfum first associated with the brand’s 1940s releases. Its commercial identity later appeared within Revlon’s fragrance business, which listed White Shoulders among its owned and licensed fragrance brands in 2018; a 2020 filing documented further structuring of the White Shoulders asset through BrandCo White Shoulders 2020 LLC.
