Farmasi
Farmasi traces its institutional roots to 1950, when Dr. Cevdet Tuna returned to Istanbul and founded Tan Ecza, developing pharmaceutical formulations including burn ointment and cough syrup. In the 1980s, the next generation expanded the business into cosmetics and personal care, and the Farmasi-branded product range launched in 2004. The company is based in Istanbul and operates internationally across beauty, personal care, household, and wellness products, with a product identity shaped by pharmaceutical know-how, science-led formulation, and founder-established quality principles. In 2010, Farmasi adopted direct selling, distributing through independent sellers and later online influencers. International investment in Central Europe began in 2016, followed by the establishment of its U.S. operation in 2019. Farmasi remains family-owned, with the Tuna family carrying the business across generations.
