FILORGA
FILORGA began in Paris in 1978 with Dr. Michel Tordjman, a French physician and cell-biology researcher who developed injectable polyrevitalization treatments for aesthetic medicine. Initially, its business focused on professional aesthetic-medicine injectables, including hyaluronic acid products and mesotherapy-related revitalization. In 2006, Didier Tabary acquired the company with financial investors, and the business was subsequently repositioned toward anti-aging cosmetics for the general public, using actives associated with mesotherapy and hyaluronic acid. FILORGA entered the consumer market in 2007 with a cosmetic line derived from its professional medical formulations and distributed through pharmacies and perfumeries. Its public identity centers on translating aesthetic-medicine expertise into topical anti-aging skincare, with formulas inspired by cell-revitalization injections and the NCEF complex. The 2007 Medi-Cosmetique launch included OPTIM-EYES and MESO-MASK; in 2018, the aesthetic-medicine business was separated as FILLMED. Colgate-Palmolive agreed to acquire Laboratoires Filorga Cosmétiques on July 11, 2019, completing the acquisition on September 19, 2019.
