Fleurance Nature

Fleurance Nature was founded in 1972 in Fleurance, in France’s Gers region, by farmer Michel Descamps. After linking pesticide use to illness among his cows, Descamps began making products without pesticides or chemical additives, giving the business an early natural and organic orientation. The company first marketed products from south-western France, then developed royal-jelly food supplements and cosmetics before broadening its range of certified-organic cosmetics. In 2000, the Greenways group took over the business and helped structure its food-supplement and cosmetics ranges around natural active ingredients. Fleurance Nature launched its e-commerce website in 2005, introduced its certified-organic cosmetics range in 2006, and began international activity in 2014. Philippe Rombi acquired the company in March 2016, and a 2018 trade publication described it as wholly owned by him. The brand’s public mission focuses on selecting natural ingredients for food supplements and natural or organic cosmetics, with naturality, accessibility, and proximity among its stated values. Fleurance Nature marked its 50th anniversary in 2022.
