Flor d'Ametler
Flor d’Ametler traces its history back roughly seven decades in Mallorca. Bernardo (Bernat) Vallori created the perfume, drawing on his knowledge of chemistry and the scent of almond blossoms. The almond blossom remains the brand’s defining olfactory signature, and a natural almond flower is traditionally placed inside each bottle. Its production continues to follow the original procedure, including hand selection of blossoms, guarded traditional methods, extended maceration or distillation, and hand insertion of flowers into the bottles. In 1976, Miquel Àngel Benito founded the family natural-beauty company Tot Herba and later received Vallori’s legacy when the founder’s descendants chose not to continue the business. Today, the Flor d’Ametler trademark is registered to Authex SA, which the Benito family runs alongside the Tot Herba line. The brand is especially associated with Mallorca and combines agricultural heritage, traditional formulas, and scientific knowledge adapted for contemporary use.
